Every day on Full Tilt, the room runs three pairs of tournaments called "The Doubles" which gives online players a chance to take home some great bonuses on top of the prizes that can be won in the actual tournaments. Here is how they work:
  • Three times a day, Full Tilt runs three pairs of tournaments. Players can play any of the tournaments separately, but to qualify for the progressive jackpots generated by this promotion, players must register for both sets of any of the three pairs of multi-table tournaments.
  • The tourneys start two minutes apart. The Early Double costs $6. Tournament A of the "Early Double" starts at 4 p.m. ET, and tournament B at 4:02 p.m. ET. Players who register for both tourneys automatically qualify for the jackpot, which is seeded by a small portion of each person’s buy-in.
  • All players who cash in both A and B tourneys share 3 percent of the jackpot pool. Yesterday, 36 players made an extra $19.54 by cashing in both events. One player made an extra $468.84 by finishing the highest in both tournaments. The current jackpot for the "Early Double" sits at $24,442.
  • The bonus prizes increase the better a player does. All players who reach the final table of both events split 20 percent of the jackpot pool. Win both the tournaments and receive 75 percent of the jackpot pool on top of the other bonuses and normal tournament payouts.
  • Along with the "Early Double", Full Tilt runs the regular "Daily Double" at 9 p.m. ET and 9:02 p.m. ET. The buy-in for these are $12 each. The current jackpot is $46,198. Those who cashed in both tourneys yesterday earned an extra $36.37, and the player with the best two cashes (Full Tilt uses the average of both cashes to determine who wins this bonus) won an extra $921.31.
  • Then, at 10 p.m. ET and 10:02 p.m. ET, Full Tilt runs its "Big Double". Each of these tourneys cost $75, and the jackpot is currently sitting at $32,452. These tourneys get much fewer players than the other two, and only three players earned a bonus yesterday. Players can use tournament qualifying tickets to play in the "Big Double" events.
  • Then It Gets Even Better! Full Tilt put a $1 million bonus of this promotion, which they call the "Triple Double". If a player wins all six of the "Double" tournaments in one month, they receive $1 million. The tournaments don’t even need to be won back-to-back. Just win each of the A and B tourneys within each buy-in to receive this fantastic bonus.
